EXPORT CONSULTANTS MASTERY in UKRAINE August 2023 - May 2024
Welcome to our 3rd round of export consultants' training!
It is an innovative educational program for public and private sector consultants in export activities, aiming to improve the quality and availability of export advisory services and create an existing network of national consultants.
The Program consists of the ONGOING ACTIVITIES below:
● 7 educational modules that will expand your skills & knowledges in export and consulting activities;
● 7 two-day intensive Workshops led by international trainers/mentors from Estonia, Britain, Germany, and Finland, where you will receive the maximum training in a practical format;
● 7 online Status Check sessions for all the teams together;
● 7 online Mentoring sessions for each team separately;
● 7 Home Assignments that teams will practice based on SMEs (small and medium enterprises) in 7 different sectors
● 7 Home Assignments that teams will do on the basis of consulting skills stream for themselves;
● 14 online Feedback sessions for home assignments (all the teams together)
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES

● doing communication report, but still, we inspire you to make active communication;
● doing digest by each team;
● networking sessions;
● points for education and tasks;
● bonuses and gifts to the winning teams, which will be determined after each module;
