Welcome to the 2nd round of the Export Academy Program!

EXPORT ACADEMY II YEAR IN UKRAINE is a training program for alumni of the Export Consultants Pilot Program 2019 and Export Consultants Program 2020-2021/ 2021-2022. Together with international mentors, delegates will develop the structure and content of a new training program on export potential development for SMEs (Ukrainian small and medium enterprises).

AIM
The Export Academy project aims to train local export trainers in different regions in Ukraine to create and deliver effective export training programs to grow Ukraine companies' export capacity. The program involves piloting the training program with 100 Ukrainian exporting SMEs to help increase their export capabilities.
As a result of the program, the teams will co-create a uniform and high-quality export training program.

OUTPUTS
UA trainers will be able to design, develop, check, and deliver the Export program to local companies with materials and delivery in the Ukrainian language to clients.

SCOPE
All 7 training modules should be created in cooperation with other groups and must be related. Based on training content future SME participants will develop an Export Business Plan.
The level of the pilot program 7 modules can not be different! Harmonization of the level of modules is very important! The development of the teams is smooth and consistent! These modules should be interactive learning sessions, not lectures!

OUTPUTS of MASTER TRAINING June-October 2023:
All delegates will select their preferred 3 modules from one stream. They are encouraged to find the time to attend all of the modules to ensure they understand the content and style of all modules being used.
Each team will be responsible for:
Step 1. You co-create: 1st choice for co-creation of materials, tools for Export Business Plan & delivery plan for workshops
Step 2. You check: 2nd module content: you are making updates, de-complecting, testing delivery for workshops' home tasks
Step 3. You learn: the materials of 3rd module, record the training videos, and launch the module under a prepared delivery plan in the Pilot program.

TRAINING MATERIALS for the Pilot program:
1. training materials (slides) in UKRAINIAN/ translated to EN for mentors, all presentations should be prepared in a similar style!!!
2. up to 90-minute training video per module (20-30 minutes per each group member) in UKRAINIAN
Note! Please make recordings online, via Zoom or any other video program. You will receive a special background picture to use during recordings. You can test and practice your recording, so you can record the final version after Unit #4: Action Learning.
All training materials and videos will upload to the Talent LMS platform.
3. workshop materials (delivery plan, slideshow, polls, questionnaires, tests, etc.)
4. home assignment (the most important tools up to 3 pages, added to the general Export Business Plan template for the participants (SMEs))
REMEMBER! Up to 5 hours of learning time per week for participants.

All training and mentoring sessions in MASTER TRAINING will be online depending on the situation in Ukraine.

EXPORT ACADEMY PILOT PROGRAM October 2023-June 2024
According to the developed methodology, the UA trainers will train local SMEs' export skills for 8 months starting from October 2023.
UA trainers will conduct 7 online or offline training sessions for up to 100 participants (Ukrainian SMEs).

The logical structure of PILOT PROGRAM:
week 1 - opening training materials on Talent LMS
week 2 -workshops
week 3: SMEs prepare home assignments
week 4-5: HA check & feedback
The training duration will be 3-4 weeks per module and will end with a feedback session. UA trainers are giving feedback on the best practices, made by SMEs to their Export Business Plan.
